Multi-skilled receptionist – 40 hours (fixed-term)
Responsibilities and tasks
- Setting up the client file and follow-up
- Answering the telephone and taking reservations
- Manage the cash register and invoicing
- Know and apply the hotel’s health and safety rules
- Respect our sustainable development and environmental charter
Skills
- Professional diploma or degree in hospitality – experience in reception is desirable
- Computer skills (Windows environment)
- Good command of languages: French, English
