As our hotel has been awarded with the Ecolabel Luxembourg Silver since 2018, we are very attentive to the reduction of waste and are committed to the fight against food waste.
We are very careful about the quantity of fresh products we order. The food on the breakfast buffet is set up according to the number of guests in the hotel. The baskets are not filled systematically; the supply is done as and when the food is consumed or on request. Please ask if you would like something in particular (pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon) and our team will be happy to add the products to the buffet (as far as possible and as long as stocks last).
