Job offer: Receptionist (fixed-term)

Located in the heart of Luxembourg City, with an infrastructure of 32 recently renovated rooms, City Hotel Luxembourg is looking to reinforce its team as soon as possible, the person who will contribute to maintain and improve the quality of service of this beautiful establishment, by his/her professionalism, efficiency, team spirit and good mood.

Multi-skilled receptionist – 40 hours (fixed-term)

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Setting up the client file and follow-up
  • Answering the telephone and taking reservations
  • Manage the cash register and invoicing
  • Know and apply the hotel’s health and safety rules
  • Respect our sustainable development and environmental charter

Skills

  • Professional diploma or degree in hospitality – experience in reception is desirable
  • Computer skills (Windows environment)
  • Good command of languages: French, English

We offer

  • Fixed-term contract (1.11.2023 – 31.1.2025)

SHe Travel Label: From Silver to Gold

In 2022, City Hotel Luxembourg has been awarded the SHe Travel Club SILVER Label. For 2023 we have now received an upgrade to GOLD. City Hotel is the first hotel in Luxembourg to receive that label.

This label is the first label created by women and travel professionals to better meet the needs of women travelers. The independant label aims to make hotels more adapted to their female segment, based on 4 core pillars: Safety, Comfort, Services & Amenities, Dining & Entertainment.
