We are very pleased to announce that City Hotel Luxembourg has been awarded the Safe & Clean label by Apave Certification, an independent third party certification body. This label attests to the proper implementation of sanitary measures in the face of Covid-19 risk.
Obtaining the Safe & Clean label is a way of giving concrete expression to our desire to protect the health of our employees and customers in this unprecedented situation, but also a visible way of reassuring our customers. We are proud to see our efforts rewarded and to share this success with you.
To obtain this label, the hotel had to undergo an exhaustive prior audit: site visits, staff interviews, inventory of the facilities provided, compliance with barrier gestures, verification of the measures taken to ensure physical distancing and reception procedures, etc.
